Three young witches were having a spat.
One got mad and threw off her hat.
While still on their brooms,
Oh, what a scandal
When one of the witches
Flew off the handle.
Poetry, lyrics, other words and art…
Three young witches were having a spat.
One got mad and threw off her hat.
While still on their brooms,
Oh, what a scandal
When one of the witches
Flew off the handle.
The tutor’s son
Out to have fun
With giant eraser in hand
Flipped through the pages
Of one students notes
Erasing them just as he planned
But, unknown to him
The tutor on a whim
Had exchanged the notes for his own
Too late did he see
As lost words were set free
His behavior she did not condone
Impish was she
To his sort and kind.
Never to dawdle
Not on her time.
But, Jerry O’Leary
Had other thoughts in his head.
By the end of it all
She awoke in his bed.
The Word of the Day Challenge is smitten.
In the words of a love song, it’s written
If they never leave your mind you are smitten
And if you do fall
With butterflies and all
Better make room for two when you’re sittin’
