It always starts
With an ache in my stomach
Wishing I’d made another choice
But when it won’t go away

Guilt is definitely a nagging emotion that can eat at us if we let it. 🤨 I’ve found some helpful questions I ask myself when I feel caught in a guilt slump that helps me let go and move forward.😊

Yes, doing much better, granted I got my husband sick in the process.😇 But I will help get better and build my immune system back up too.😉
