TRUE LOVE
When did this love awake in me
When did it make a stand
A chance was taken – in a moment
A blessing to this man
In her my life is overflowing
A gift from Him on high
Never could I dream this big
No deeper love to find
Her eyes tell me a story
A longing for embrace
Captured in the radiant smile
Reflected on her face
Surreal, my heart – even still
After all this time
Not in the deepest of my dreams
Imagining her as mine
So, each, and every day
I give thanks to God above
For giving me my Cathi
And joy of true, true love
