I FOUND A PICTURE TODAY
I found a picture today…
One that I’d long put away…
And the memories came flooding back to me…..
Seems like so long ago…
You out there in the snow…
And I close my eyes that once again I might see…
Where have you gone, my love
Why did you leave…
We were just starting our lives together
Then we were deceived…
I know God had plan in mind
When he took you away…
I just close my eyes, bow my head, and here now I pray…
I can see you so clear…
Just like yesterday…
And a smile plays across my face
In my mind I replay…
What a wonderful world…
It was with you here…
Once again I turn loose, say goodbye
Wipe away one last tear…
Where have you gone, my love
